How to delete my account
You can delete your PDF.net account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and takes effect within seconds — your documents and personal data cannot be recovered afterwards.
Delete your account yourself
- Sign in and go to your account settings.
- Click "Permanently delete account".
- In the confirmation dialog, tick the checkbox to confirm you understand the deletion is permanent, then click "Delete account".
Your account and all your data will be deleted immediately, and any active paid subscriptions will be cancelled.

If you can't access your account or prefer us to handle it, contact us:
- by email at support@pdf.net,
- via the floating help widget in the app,
- through the contact form on help.pdf.net,
- or via the contact form on the website.
We'll delete your account and confirm once it's done.
